Flunstellas are flocks clusters and constellations, of ideas, emotions and memories, that appear in social spaces.
Flunstellas are all around us.
Teenagers at Weatherhead High School worked with artist Neil Winterburn to show us what it would be like if they could see each others thoughts and feelings in class.
They created 3D models of different types of ideas, emotions and memories and explored how they appear and interact, through the story of Charlie, a girl in their class with problems at home.
Their simulation games and large scale sculpture ‘Charlies Thought Constellation’ were exhibited at FACT Liverpool, as part of the Knowledge Lives Everywhere exhibition.
